Pork Belly Okonomiyaki: Japanese Savory Pancakes on the Blackstone Griddle

These savory Japanese pancakes are a recipe made for the Blackstone Griddle, traditionally they would be cooked on a teppan or table top griddle. These light fluffy pancakes are filled with shredded cabbage and any number of other ingredients you would like. Known as Osaka Soul Food or Japanese Pizza, these pancakes can be filled and topped with just about any topping you can think of. The name okonomiyaki translates as:
Okonomi – “As you like it”
Yaki – “Grilled”
