Ingredients
- 2 cans Sweet Corn
- 2 cans Creamed Corn
- 2 sticks Salted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 pkgs Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt butter and allow to cool.
- Combine corn, creamed corn, eggs and butter.
- Combine wet ingredients with Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix.
- Grease 9×13 pan or a muffin tin.
- Pour batter into 9×13 pan or fill muffin tins ⅔ full.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
