Ingredients

  

• 2 cans Sweet Corn
• 2 cans Creamed Corn
• 2 sticks Salted Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 2 pkgs Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Instructions

 

• Preheat oven to 350°.
• Melt butter and allow to cool.
• Combine corn, creamed corn, eggs and butter.
• Combine wet ingredients with Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix.
• Grease 9×13 pan or a muffin tin.
• Pour batter into 9×13 pan or fill muffin tins ⅔ full.
• Bake for 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
