Cleaning a Blackstone Griddle
This is how I clean my Blackstone Griddle, it is not the only way, but it is my way.

Materials

Paper towels

Squirt bottle of room temperature water
1
Squirt bottle of oil
I use canola
Instructions
Get the griddle warm.
Scrape with scraper.
Spray water on hot griddle surface and scrape again.
Fold one of the paper towels in half, then in half again and in half one more time.
Spray water on the hot griddle and place the paper towel under the scraper and wipe down the griddle surface.
Repeat the last two steps with the second paper towel.
Fold the 3rd paper towel the same way as the first two.
Spray oil onto the griddle surface.
Place the paper towel under the scraper and wipe the surface of the griddle down with oil.
Turn the griddle off.
Cover the griddle once cool.
